Sveafastigheter Adopts Algeno’s Energy Efficiency Service

As part of an initiative to improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort, Sveafastigheter is implementing AI-based control systems in the majority of its 250 sub-stations. By scaling up with Algeno’s smart heating control service, the company is enabling optimized heating control that minimizes energy costs while providing tenants with a more consistent indoor temperature.

Following a successful pilot project in the fall of 2024, during which Algeno’s AI-powered management system was tested in three properties, Sveafastigheter has now decided to scale up and implement the solution across a larger portion of its property portfolio.
