Algeno is an AI-powered heat management service that automatically optimises the lead-in temperature in your properties proactively, based on each building's thermal properties and weather forecasts 48 hours ahead. The result is fewer temperature deviations, lower heating costs and a better decision-making basis for the operating organization — without the need to replace existing systems.

See how others are using Algeno’s smart heating control system to create a stable indoor climate at the lowest possible heating cost.
Algeno Heating Control controls the supply temperature in the building's heating system based on a predictive plan that looks 48 hours ahead in time.
Instead of reacting to cold temperatures after they have already set in, the software continuously calculates an optimal control strategy for each individual building. By combining the building’s unique thermal characteristics with upcoming weather forecasts and energy prices, we enable a more stable indoor climate at the lowest possible cost.

The system anticipates heating needs 48 hours in advance. It provides an even indoor climate regardless of rapid weather changes, which directly reduces the number of fault reports.
Algeno Monitor automatically highlights the properties that require your attention. Identify technical flaws and anomalous behaviors, directly in the platform's 3D views.
By automating routine management, your organization can manage a growing portfolio while maintaining control and greater precision.
Algeno controls the heating system within the limits and parameters you define. It is always possible to adjust these limits, temporarily pause the control of individual systems or disconnect the service completely — without affecting the property's existing control system. In the event of any interruptions, the local control immediately returns to its default settings.
Getting started with AI-powered heating control shouldn't be complicated. We combine our technical expertise with a deep commitment to help you understand, integrate and maximize the value of Algeno.
The interface is designed to be accessible to operational engineers and energy engineers without prior knowledge of control technology, but we offer in-depth sessions for those who want to use the analysis tool more actively in their energy work.
Technical training and onboarding
Regular operational meetings to review results and discrepancies
Dedicated contact for escalation and support
Training for new hires or major system changes
Algeno does not replace human knowledge of buildings — we deliver the tools to make better decisions. The technology reaches its full potential only when it is combined with the domain knowledge of the operating organization.

HOW The INTEGRATION WORKS
Digitizing an entire property portfolio does not have to involve hundreds of complex integrations. Algeno's architecture is built for efficient scale-up through a centralized hub solution.

HOW The INTEGRATION WORKS
Algeno is a cloud-based service that integrates via API to BMS and SCADA systems. No new hardware, no locally installed servers and no replacement of existing control systems required.
The open communication infrastructure, in which property owners send and receive data from Algeno via an API, makes it easy and straightforward to scale the service to more properties. There are no specific hardware requirements for the sub-centers, and you can use any vendor for your control systems. Here is a selection of those we have integrated with in the past:

Algeno is designed for property owners who want to reduce energy costs and their environmental impact without replacing existing systems. Get in touch, and we’ll discuss how it would work for your portfolio—based on your technical requirements.
Yes. You can always pause control of individual systems directly in Algeno Monitor without affecting other properties in the portfolio.
The building's existing control system automatically reverts to its local default settings (DUC/PLC logic). Control resumes automatically once the connection is restored. No manual action is required.
No. Algeno communicates with your existing systems via API and sends offset signals to the sub-control center. Your control systems and local DUC logic remain in place and are not affected.
It depends on how well you meet the technical requirements — in particular, existing integration, API access and donor coverage. We will go over this in an initial meeting and give a realistic assessment based on your specific portfolio.
No. Algeno is brand-independent. The only requirement for the sub-controller is that it supports external setpoint adjustment (offset signal) and has a watchdog function for fallback to the local standard curve.
