– We’re satisfied. We like the interface and how smoothly it integrates with the systems we have in our buildings. It would be easy for us to scale this up if it works the way we want, says Stefan Fjellström, Control and Energy Specialist at Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter.

– Overall, we’ve realized significant savings. In addition to the hard work done by the operations optimization team, we believe Algeno has contributed about seven to eight percent. In some heating systems, there was no impact at all, while in others it resulted in an 18 percent reduction. If things continue to go this well, we may scale up, says Stefan Fjellström.

The reason Algeno became one of the heating optimization companies Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter chose was the success that property companies like ÖrebroBostäder and Stena Fastigheter had experienced with Algeno.

– We thought it was an interesting product, even for the operations team, with a more consistent indoor climate and fewer service calls, says Stefan Fjellström.
